These terms govern your use of vossa.co and any purchase from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to order.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, the price or description was published in error, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.

4. Pricing

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Published pricing errors do not bind us; if one affects your order we'll contact you before charging or shipping.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We don't store your card details.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and 90-Day Warranty, each incorporated here by reference.

7. Product use

Vossa diffusers are for use with diffuser-grade fragrance and essential oils only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not fill with water, alcohol, or cleaning products. Do not operate while it's obstructing your view or vehicle controls. Fragrance oils can cause reactions in some people and animals — discontinue use if that happens.

8. Intellectual property

The Vossa name, logo, product photography and site content are ours. Don't reproduce them commercially without permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, resell our content, or use it unlawfully.

10. Disclaimers

Beyond the 90-Day Warranty and the rights you hold under applicable consumer law, products are supplied as-is. We don't warrant that any specific scent, duration or coverage area will suit your vehicle or preferences.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, and some jurisdictions don't permit these limits — in which case they don't apply to you.
