Every Vossa diffuser is covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery.
What's covered
- Arrives dead or won't charge
- Motor, pump or atomizer fails in normal use
- Light or app control stops working through no fault of yours
- Fault in materials or assembly
What isn't covered
- Drops, crushing, or damage from an accident
- Water immersion or filling with anything other than diffuser oil — these are waterless units
- Gradual decline in battery run time, which is normal for any rechargeable cell
- Cosmetic marks from everyday use
- Disassembly or modification
- Loss or theft
If something fails
Email vossa.customerservice@gmail.com with your order number and a short video or photo showing the fault. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Under $50 you keep the faulty unit — no need to post it back.
Plain English
This warranty covers a product that was built wrong. It doesn't cover a product that was broken. If you're unsure which yours is, email us and we'll look at it fairly — we'd rather replace a borderline unit than argue with you.
