Free shipping over $50
Orders of $50 or more ship free within the United States. Below $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when it leaves.
Delivery times
Vossa products ship direct from our manufacturing partners in China. Allow 2 to 4 weeks from order to delivery:
- Processing & dispatch — 1–3 business days
- Transit to your address — 10–20 business days
Most orders arrive inside 2–3 weeks. Customs inspection, national holidays and carrier backlogs can push an order toward the 4-week end, and we'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you.
Tracking
Tracking can take 2–4 days to show movement after dispatch. That's normal and doesn't mean the parcel is lost.
Lost or stuck parcels
If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email us and we'll replace the order or refund it. You don't need to chase the carrier — that's our job.
