Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason. The product does not need to be unopened - we know you have to run a diffuser to know whether you like it.

How refunds work

Orders under $50 - keep the product. We'll refund you in full and you keep the diffuser. There is nothing to ship back and no label to print. This applies to one refund per customer; if you request a second refund, we'll ask for the item back first.

Orders of $50 or more - return the item. Email us and we'll confirm the return address. You cover return postage. Once the item arrives we refund in full. We recommend tracked postage; we cannot refund an item that never arrives.

Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further 5-10 business days to show it.
