Free shipping over $70

Orders of $70 or more ship free within the United States. Below $70, shipping is a flat $8.

Processing

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will get a tracking number by email when it leaves.

Delivery times

Vossa products ship direct from our manufacturing partners. Allow 2 to 4 weeks from order to delivery: 1-3 business days to dispatch, then 10-20 business days in transit. Most orders arrive inside 2-3 weeks. Customs inspection, national holidays and carrier backlogs can push an order toward the 4-week end, and we would rather tell you that up front than surprise you.

Tracking

Tracking can take 2-4 days to show movement after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Lost or stuck parcels

If tracking has not updated in 10 business days, email vossa.customerservice@gmail.com and we will replace the order or refund it.
